Our story

For Uncle Bob We are taking on Dawn Walk this October by walking 5K at sunrise to help make sure there’s someone there for anyone who needs someone. This year, it's not just a walk; it's a celebration of World Mental Health Day, in solidarity with those struggling to cope. Your donation means a lot to me, just £20 could help to answer four calls for help that could save someone's life. Please see more information below about Samaritans life-saving work. Samaritans is not only for the moment of crisis, we’re taking action to prevent the crisis. We give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others. Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy, and Samaritans’ vision is that fewer people die by suicide. That’s why we work tirelessly to reach more people and make suicide prevention a priority.
