Dawn Walk is a 5K sunrise walk taking place over World Mental Health Day from 9 to 11 October 2026.

Whether you’ve used our listening services, are walking in memory of someone, or simply want to help others, sign up to raise awareness and help fund our lifesaving services. Choose a meaningful location or your everyday route, go it alone or team up with friends and family. However you do it, you’re helping to save lives.
